Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its booking system.

2. Information only, not legal advice

Content on this website is general information about legal services in Ethiopia. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. Laws change, and every matter depends on its facts.

3. No advocate–client relationship

Visiting this site, sending a booking request or messaging the office does not create an advocate–client relationship. That relationship begins only when the advocate confirms in writing that he will act for you.

4. Bookings

5. Your information

Give accurate contact details. In the booking form, describe your matter briefly and do not include passwords, bank details or sensitive documents. Documents are shared after the office confirms your appointment. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are not fully secure.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send false, abusive or unlawful content, to book appointments you do not intend to attend, or to interfere with how the site works.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site belong to the advocate or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other copying or reuse needs written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the advocate is not liable for loss resulting from use of the site or from relying on its content, or for interruptions to the booking system.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and disputes fall to the competent courts in Addis Ababa.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, the service and time you choose, and the short description of your matter that you write.

Why we use it

Only to manage your appointment, contact you about it, and prepare for the consultation. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Booking details are stored in a secured database that only the advocate and authorised staff can read. Visitors to the site cannot see other people's bookings.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept as long as needed to handle your matter and meet professional and legal duties, then deleted.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your language choice in your browser. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

Your choices

You can ask the office to correct or delete your booking details at any time using the contact details below.
